Posted on September 5, 2022 by News Admin

Aeon Retail Co., Ltd. will hold the grand opening of “Aeon Tennocho Shopping Center” (3-5 Kawabe-cho, Hodogaya-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture) on October 18.

The entire building will be rebuilt from the former AEON Tenno-cho store, which was temporarily closed in 2020, to create an experiential lifestyle store with the latest formats. The store will be rooted in the local community and aims to create an environment where shoppers can shop for everyday use.

The first floor, the “Food & Wellness Floor,” will feature fresh and frozen foods and products locally produced in and from Yokohama; the second floor, the “Lifestyle Fashion & Culture Floor,” will feature a new “Smart Life Corner,” a complex sales area with mobile devices, IoT home appliances, and AI home appliances; the third floor, the “Kids & Family & Sports Floor,” will feature family fashion for today’s lifestyles; and the fourth floor, the “Kids & Family & Sports Floor,” will offer a wide selection of family fashion items. Family & Sports Floor” on the 3rd floor offers family fashion that matches modern lifestyles. The “Baby Rest Room” will also be partially renovated to genderless specifications.

In addition, for the first time in the nation, a sales floor will feature a sportswear brand, a machine gym, and the “G-Foot” shoe brand. In addition, a limited-edition frozen food product featuring the same “chef’s original” recipe as the store’s popular “Ore no Italiano” and “Ore no French” menus will be available for commercial use.
