Park24 is developing a cashless payment service, Times Pay, as part of its efforts to attract customers and support businesses in the vicinity of its Times Parking hourly parking facility. The company plans to introduce touch settlement in Times Pay from the fall of 2022.
Times Pay supports 21 payment brands, including credit cards, debit cards, prepaid cards, transportation and distribution system IC cards, iD, and QUICPay. With the newly introduced touch settlement, payment is completed simply by holding a compatible card or smartphone over the terminal. This eliminates the need for PIN input or signature, thus reducing settlement time.
