Rubens exhibition at the Palazzo Ducale
From October 6 to January 22, 2023, the Palazzo Ducale, located in the heart of Genoa, will host an exhibition of Pieter Paul Rubens, a leading figure in Baroque art.
In addition to the works currently in Genoa, more than 150 works from collections in other European countries and other Italian cities will be on view. The portrait of Lady Violante Maria Spinola Serra will be displayed off the wall of the Bascotto Park mansion in Ibillis. In addition, a self-portrait by Rubens, estimated to be at the age of 27, will be exhibited for the first time in Italy.
