Mitsui Fudosan will open a shopping center, Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Sakai (22-1 Kuroyama, Mihara-ku, Sakai, Osaka), on November 8.
It is tangentially located on National Route 309, near the Mihara North and Mihara South Interchange on the Hanwa Expressway. In the center of the facility is Fansta X Stadium, an indoor stadium court where visitors can enjoy full-scale events. There are a total of 212 stores, 97 of which are opening in Sakai City for the first time and 33 of which are opening in the Kansai region for the first time. There will also be a food hall, a restaurant zone, and a food court where visitors can enjoy meals while watching the event.
At the northwest entrance, “MIHARA Park” will be created for visitors to spend a leisurely time. The site will feature a “Play Zone” with playground equipment for children and an “Urban Sports Zone” for skateboarding and BMX sports events. In addition, a “MIHARA Promenade” where various plantings can be viewed, a “Terrace Zone & MIHARA Stage” where events and dining can be enjoyed, and a “Photo Spot” will be created for outdoor enjoyment.
