Construction of the hotel was initiated following the introduction of the former Hirata Town Hall, a city-owned site in Kaizu City. The hotel will have a total of 34 guest rooms, including 29 double rooms, 3 twin rooms, and 2 deluxe twin rooms. Independent guest rooms with excellent privacy will be equipped with a spacious unit bath, refrigerator-freezer, microwave oven, and humidifying air purifier.
