Hanshin Expressway will close the route between Kaizuka and Rinku JCT to traffic all day from November 15 to 25 in conjunction with renewal work on the No. 4 Wangan Route. Since this section has not undergone major repairs since its opening, various facilities will be renewed by closing the route to traffic all day long.
The company has announced peak hour congestion and traffic congestion forecasts and encourages people to make detours and use public transportation.
