PICA Fuji Saiko (2068-1, Nishiko, Fujikawaguchiko-machi, Minamitsuru-gun, Yamanashi), an outdoor resort facility at the foot of Mt. Fuji, will open two new trailer cottages, “Fire Base TAKIBI” and “Fire Base KAMADO,” on August 12.
Fire Base TAKIBI, with its concept of “camping for adults who enjoy bonfires,” is equipped with a large stone deck built by hand by craftsmen, where you can enjoy bonfires around a large fire pit under the stars. The interior features brick walls. The interior has a chic look with brick walls as accents.
Fire Base Kamado, on the other hand, is equipped with a stone oven in addition to a fire pit on the deck, and is recommended for lovers of outdoor cooking such as authentic pizza. The interior has a loft and is full of playful atmosphere.
Rates start at 22,000 yen per night per building. Each building (with a capacity of 6 people) is equipped with air conditioning and heating, a kitchen, cooking utensils, toilets and showers, and so on, making it possible to spend a comfortable stay regardless of the season or weather.
