Sapporo Real Estate Development announced that it has been selected as the designated manager of Ebisu Minami I Park, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo (1-26-1 Ebisu Minami, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo).
The park is scheduled to reopen on September 1. The company will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of the park until March 31, 2027, as a play park where children can create their own play freely without existing playground equipment.
In the new building to be constructed in the park, Andy Cafe, a dog total business operator, will open a café where pets can spend time together. The company will also offer temporary pet care services (pet salon and hotel), dog training in an indoor multipurpose space, and a dog run.
