Lane restrictions on the Asago IC to the Koshoku IC of the Nagano Expressway.

Posted on August 5, 2022 by News Admin

NEXCO East Japan will enforce continuous day and night lane restrictions on the off-ramps of the Nagano Expressway from the Asago IC to the Koshoku IC.

Renewal work will be conducted on the Ipponmatsu Tunnel from August 22 to September 16 and on the Nakasone River Bridge from August 22 to November 5. NEXCO East Japan is asking drivers to drive safely by observing the regulated speed and keeping a safe distance between vehicles.

At the Ipponmatsu Tunnel, after excavation of the road surface, inverts will be installed to reinforce the tunnel bottom, followed by pavement work to return the road to a road that can be traveled on. At the Nakasone Bridge, deteriorated concrete slabs will be removed and new prestressed concrete slabs will be installed to improve travelability and safety.
