Posted on August 4, 2022 by News Admin

Sun-X will hold a collaboration event between “Sumikko Gurashi” and Tokyo Skytree, both celebrating their 10th anniversary, from August 10 to November 9. In addition to original artwork by author Yuri Yokomizo, special video works by SKYTREE ROUND THEATER, special lighting, collaborative menus, and limited-edition goods will be available.

Original Art Original artwork exclusive to the event will be featured. There will also be a photo spot where visitors can take photos and videos around this original artwork. In addition, Sumikko and other characters are said to be hidden in various parts of the Tokyo Sky Tree. Sorakara Point “Celebrate the 10th anniversary with us.” At the highest point of 451.2m above the ground, newly-drawn art for this event will be installed. Visitors can write their feelings about Sumikko Gurashi and decorate it. Welcome Area “Henshin to Odemukae” Upon exiting the elevator, visitors will find themselves at the entrance of the Night Park. Visitors will be greeted by Sumikko and other characters dressed as ghosts and monsters. Corridor Area “Minna de Seizorai” (Everyone is here): Sumikko Gurashi characters that have appeared over the past 10 years are introduced. A story of the Night Park, which is like a picture book to be read on foot, will also appear. A photo spot where visitors can take pictures with Sumikko and her friends in monster costumes will appear. Slope Area “Exciting with Giant Art” Giant artwork of the Night Park will be spread from corner to corner. Sumikko Elevators The two elevators from the TEMBO DECK to the TEMBO KAIRO will be decorated with Sumikko Gurashi on the outside and inside.

Special Screening At the SKYTREE ROUND THEATER in the evening, an exclusive video based on the theme of “Sora no Haunted Night Park” will be shown. The video will be mixed with a fireworks display reminiscent of the Sumida River Fireworks Festival. In addition, messages sent to Mitsuko Gurashi on Twitter since May will also be shown.

Special Lighting The TOKYO SKYTREE special lighting features lighting inspired by Sumikko and her friends. In addition to the regular Sumikko Gurashi version, there are two versions: “Sora no Ghost Night Park in TOKYO SKYTREE” and “Sora no Ghost Night Park in TOKYO SKYTREE”. At the end of each pattern, lighting that looks like Sumikko and her friends are piling up together will appear.

Limited Edition Goods Limited edition goods will be sold at a special corner in the store on the TEMBO DECK. The period is from August 10 to November 9, with some items going on sale on September 15.

Collaboration Photo Service A photo service will be available to take commemorative photos with Sumikko Gurashi against the backdrop of the night view from the Tenmou Kairo. The fee is 1,700 yen per photo.
