Glamping facility “glampark Otaru Hanamie” opens in Otaru, Hokkaido

Posted on July 30, 2022 by News Admin

glampark and Tabibo Hanamie have opened a glamping facility “glampark Otaru Hanamie” (2-686 Asarigawa Onsen, Otaru City, Hokkaido).

Located 10 minutes by car from Otaru Chikko Station in Otaru City, which is rich in nature and close to a fishing port that is always crowded with tourists.

This facility was jointly opened by “Tabibo Namie,” which is located in front of the Asazato River with its crystal clear waters, and glamping facility operator glampark. With the Asari River flowing by the dome, glampers can enjoy glamping in a rich natural setting.

When the weather warms up, colorful asari garden plants and flowers surround the dome. In winter, you can enjoy the extraordinary space of a silver world all around. The 6-meter-diameter dome tent, which can accommodate up to four people, is double-layered and air-conditioned for a comfortable stay in all seasons.

BBQ plans using Hokkaido ingredients are offered, including a comparison of three types of Hokkaido brand pork and Otaru scallops and other seafood from the sea caught that day.

Located within easy reach of Otaru’s popular tourist attractions, many activities can be enjoyed nearby, such as cruising the picturesque Blue Cave and experiencing glass blowing at Otaru Glass, and in winter, the Asarigawa Onsen ski resort is within an hour’s drive.
