Take your time to shop at a mature and relaxed vintage clothing store. From the South Exit area of JR Asagaya Station, head toward the North Exit. When I rode my bicycle through this area before, I noticed a variety of stores. As I was strolling around, I saw a store with used books and sundries in the storefront. I looked inside the store and saw that it looked like a used clothing store, so I went in. The store was called “Zotoh,” and it carried both women’s and men’s used clothing. It is interesting that they have used books. I bought a dress and a shirt here. The store was very impressive in that it also holds music events and is linked to music. Next, we found a secondhand clothing store called “eel” across the street from “Zotoso”. The name of the store means “eel” in English, and it was the first time I learned what an eel is called in English. I was attracted by the exotic one-piece dress, but ended up buying a silk one-piece. Both men’s and women’s wear are available here as well.
