Meishin Ibuki PA (uphill) renewed; 7-Eleven and Matsuya newly opened

Central Japan Exis Shiga Branch will reopen the Ibuki PA (uphill) on the Meishin Expressway (E1) at 7:00 a.m. on August 9.
