SolaVilla Umi Terrace Minami Awaji, one of the largest rental villas on Awaji Island, opens in August; all 15 rooms have ocean views

Posted on July 7, 2022 by News Admin

Rebite will open “SolaVilla Umi Terrace Minami Awaji” (1131-1 Minato, Minami Awaji, Hyogo Prefecture) on August 10. Reservations will be accepted from July 12. In addition, a free stay invitation campaign is being conducted on the official Instagram until July 10.

This oceanfront lodging facility on Awaji Island offers a private space that can be rented out in its entirety. All of the 15 buildings (2 standard, 10 large, and 3 suites) are equipped with all-weather terraces with roofs up to 5 meters wide. The rooms have a maximum frontage of 8.4 meters, with large-opening sashes achieved by eliminating pillars and beams, and offer panoramic views of the Seto Inland Sea and beautiful sunsets from both inside and outside.

There are also three rooms that can accommodate dogs, and a rental swimming pool for dogs is also available. After playing on the sandy beach in front of the house or walking your dog along the levee, you can return to your room and relax together.

For dinner, the “Sora Villa BBQ Plan” includes carefully selected ingredients, several hors d’oeuvres, and ahi jus. Other plans include a BBQ plan that allows you to freely enjoy your own meals using ingredients you bring in, and a dinner plan that invites a chef to cook for you in the fully equipped kitchen in each unit.
