Solacom Mobile, an eSIM data communications provider, begins offering “Asia-Pacific Round Trip Plan” and “Country Specific Plans”.

Solacom has launched the “Asia-Pacific Round Trip Plan” and “Country Specific Plans” available in Asia, including Japan, for its “Soracom Mobile” eSIM data communication service for iPhone and iPad.


Solacom Mobile features ease of use, with no need to prepare QR codes or set up APN/roaming, payment via Apple Pay, and the ability to complete everything from eSIM purchase to installation within the app. The newly added “Asia-Pacific Plan” offers three plans (11/16/19 countries), including use in Asian countries and regions such as Singapore and Thailand, Australia, and the United States. Each allows customers to purchase 1/3/5/10GB of data allowance for 30 days.


Meanwhile, the “Country Specific Plans” category has added a total of 18 plans available in Asian countries and regions including Japan, Australia, and the U.S. including Hawaii. For example, the Japan plan starts at $6.89 for 1GB for 30 days, the US plan starts at $5.89 for 1GB, the Taiwan plan starts at $5.89 for 1GB, and the Thailand plan starts at $9.49 for 1GB.


The European Plan for 30 days costs from $5.89 for 1GB in the EU, and the North American Plan for 30 days costs from $10.99 for 1GB in the US/Canada. ~The North American plan is available in the US/Canada for $10.99/GB for 30 days.
