Northern Horse Park (Tomakomai City, Hokkaido) will celebrate its 33rd anniversary on July 22 with “33rd Anniversary! Special Week” will be held from July 18 to 24.
During the period, the first 330 visitors will receive an original card with a horse design, the restaurant will offer a reissue of a popular menu from the past, and from July 2 to October 2, a special exhibition will be held to look back on the history of the Select Sale, a racehorse auction market, and its 25th anniversary.
In addition to the above, a special pony show will be held on July 18 to commemorate the park’s opening, and a horse parade will be held with horses marching to the accompaniment of a live brass band. Admission will be free on July 22, the anniversary of the park’s opening, and on July 23-24, a fun raffle will be held for visitors of junior high school age and older.
