Aburaya Tonsen will open a tourist complex, YUDANAKA BREWERY COMPLEX U (2578-1 Sano, Yamanouchi-machi, Shimotakai-gun, Nagano Prefecture) in October.
Offers food experiences centered on craft beer brewing and a private day spa. At the adjoining restaurant, visitors can enjoy a variety of dishes that go well with the beer while observing the beer tanks and brewing process. On the same floor, an original chocolate brand store will open, where all the chocolates are handmade on the premises.
In addition, the entire second floor will be used for seven private rooms with hot spring baths that can be reserved for complete privacy. Some of the rooms are equipped with saunas, and the footbath area on the first floor offers the feeling of a hot spring while sipping craft beer.
A select store focusing on the northern area of Nagano Prefecture will also be available. Souvenirs from Shinshu will be sold and an information booth for tourists will be set up.
