Woody Creation and Highmount Assoc. will reopen Kurashita-no-Yu Campsite (8549-8 Kitashiro, Hakuba-mura, Kitaazumi-gun, Nagano), a camping facility specializing in hand-camping.
The camp is accessible from the Azumino IC in 50 minutes, and transportation to and from JR Hakuba Station and Happo Bus Terminal is also provided. All tents, bedding, tarps, and cooking equipment are packaged from domestic and international camp manufacturers. On the premises is also the Hakuba Shionomichi Hot Spring Kurashita-no-yu. The Kurashita-no-yu car stay is also attached to the property, which can be used as a base for meeting up with friends and family to enjoy Hakuba. The property overlooks the Northern Alps, allowing visitors to view the three peaks of Hakuba and the changing colors of the sky.
