Gyominan Maruki Honkan will open a hot spring ryokan, Rian (442 Amen, Kamogawa, Chiba Prefecture), in Minami-Boso Kamogawa on August 8.
All guest rooms are of the annex style, and there are three types: “Japanese A type” with a dining room where meals can be enjoyed in the room, “Japanese B type” with a two-bedroom Japanese-style room base, and “Western C type” with barrier-free access. The rooms are said to incorporate old-fashioned Japanese-style space with white wood, painted walls, and sliding doors made of Kyoto karakami paper, as well as a color scheme that matches the theme. Ten rooms with different tastes are available.
Japanese A type consists of a Japanese-style room, two bedrooms, a dining room, and a total of four rooms. Room rates start at 60,500 yen per room for double occupancy.
The Japanese B type consists of a Japanese-style room, a bedroom with 2 beds, and a total of 4 rooms. Room rates start at 52,800 yen per room for double occupancy.
The Western C type consists of two Western-style rooms and two bedrooms with two beds. Rates start at 52,800 yen per room for double occupancy.
