WILLER TRAVEL has partnered with Zurich Insurance to offer “Domestic Travel Accident Insurance”.
The “Domestic Travel Accident Insurance” covers hospitalization and hospital visits due to injuries sustained on buses or while traveling, as well as liability for accidental injuries. The first insurance plan in the bus industry to include a “special clause for compensation for accommodation expenses due to bus cancellations” is now available. The maximum amount of accommodation compensation is 10,000 yen.
For example, the plan covers hospitalization or hospital visits for injuries sustained while riding the bus, at service areas along the way, or during leisure activities at the destination. The “Anshin Plan with a special clause for bus suspension” is priced at 700 yen per person, and the “Simple Plan without a special clause for bus suspension” is priced at 500 yen per person.
