LED lights up without batteries when touching a ticket gate or making a payment with an IC card. If the card size is the same, it can be used as an ID card case for workplaces, etc. Manufactured with 100% substrates, the case is made by press bonding three types of substrates (front, middle, and back). The printed circuit board is made of FR-4 (glass fiber cloth + epoxy), which is also used in automotive circuit boards and industrial equipment.
Designed with CAD for printed circuit boards and soldered electronic components on real circuit boards. The CAD design was done in-house, and the components were mounted on the surface mounting line at the headquarters plant, which is used for the main business. The board CAD to design the substrate is not a design software, so the lines were drawn one by one with a mouse. 0.1 mm wiring patterns are used to create a precise design.
The substrate is gold plated. After mounting the electronic components, they are coated one by one and vacuum heated until the resin is full of surface tension to protect the mounted components. Then, air bubbles and dust on the resin surface are removed from the components by hand.
