On June 1, Mitsui Fudosan announced the opening of Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Sakai in Mihara-ku, Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture, in November. This is the fourth facility in the Kansai region.
Approximately 210 stores, mainly for families, are scheduled to open, including fashion, general merchandise, food and beverage, entertainment, and service stores, of which 186 stores were opened to the public in advance.
There are 61 fashion and general merchandise stores, 30 service stores, 10 supermarkets and food retailers, 22 restaurants and cafes, and 20 food courts (as of June 1), with approximately 3,050 parking spaces.
