Elecom has released two models and six items of high-capacity mobile batteries, 10000mAh and 15000mAh, from its “NESTOUT” outdoor gear series.
It is waterproof and dustproof with JIS protection rating IP67, and the connector part is covered with a screw plug to support outdoor scenes such as rain and near water, as well as to prevent damage to the lithium battery due to dropping.
It can also be connected to a solar charger to charge the battery even without a power source. It supports “omakase-charging,” which automatically charges the battery at the fastest possible speed at the optimal output, and “collective charging,” which can charge a smartphone and a mobile battery. When combined with separately sold gear, it can also be used as an LED lantern and other outdoor gear.
Colors (black, gray, and beige) were selected to blend in with the outdoor scene. The 10000mAh model has two ports: one USB Type-A and one USB Type-C, while the 15000mAh model has three ports: two USB Type-A and one USB Type-C.
Prices are 6980 yen for the 10000mAh model and 8980 yen for the 15000mAh.
