Take and Give Needs will open new hotels in Dogenzaka, Shibuya and Sannomiya, Kobe.


TRUNK HOTEL is a “boutique hotel” that caters to customers who seek stimulation and experiences among the four luxury categories of “traditional,” “norm,” “edgy,” and “disruptive. Boutique hotels” are aimed at customers who seek stimulation and experiences. The company aims to establish the boutique hotel market in Japan by achieving high direct booking rates and average room rates.


TRUNK (HOTEL) DOGENZAKA (tentative name), scheduled to open around March 2027, following TRUNK (HOTEL) YOYOGI PARK, scheduled to open in 2023, will be located in the Dogenzaka 2-chome South Area Urban Area Redevelopment Project Type 1, a large-scale redevelopment project on Shibuya Main Street. This independent hotel with 11 floors above ground will offer a wealth of entertainment including one of the area’s largest rooftop pools and bars, a rooftop restaurant, a theater room, and a spa where guests can experience the latest in wellness. The hotel will have 120 to 130 guest rooms, with an estimated room rate of 50,000 to 300,000 yen.


EVOL HOTEL KOBE (tentative name), scheduled to open in 2027, will be the first luxury boutique hotel in Kobe, located in one of the largest complexes in the area and directly connected to the station, as part of a large-scale redevelopment project in front of Kobe Sannomiya Station, the Kobe Sannomiya Kumoiddori 5-chome Area Type 1 Urban Area Redevelopment Project. Located on a 150-meter-high building, the hotel features a 30-meter-wide infinity pool on the top floor, a restaurant with a terrace to enjoy the view, a bar, a spa, and other facilities. The hotel will have 60 to 70 guest rooms, with an estimated room rate of 30,000 to 200,000 yen.
