At Tourism Expo Japan 2022 (September 22-25), Japan Airport Building Corporation, which operates Haneda Airport’s domestic terminal; Tokyo International Air Terminal, which operates the international terminal; Tokyo Monorail, which operates the airport access railroad; and the Keikyu Group will jointly exhibit at a booth.

This section introduces the history of Haneda Airport and how it is responding to the demands placed on the airport as it changes with the times. On the environmental front, Haneda is actively working to achieve the SDGs, and is making efforts to reduce its environmental impact by using solar power to supply electricity to facilities, reducing the amount of lighting, and reusing wastewater and rainwater.

The company also introduces mechanisms and services that make airport use even more comfortable and convenient through the use of digital technology. The company also introduced “Face Express,” which uses facial recognition technology to allow passengers to check-in with a face-pass, and an official app that allows visitors to search for stores in the airport, make reservations and purchases online, and use special coupon functions.
