Aeon Revamps “Super! Black Friday” into a “Festival.” Featuring half-price sales on daily necessities and larger portions of food; starting on the 31st, the fastest-ever online pre-sale.

Posted on October 29, 2026 by Editor in Chief

Aeon will hold the “Aeon Super! Black Friday Festival” for 11 days, from November 20 to 30, at approximately 600 locations nationwide, including Aeon and Aeon Style stores. In addition, the e-commerce site “Aeon Style Online” will hold a “Web-Exclusive Pre-Sale” from 10:00 a.m. on October 31 to 9:59 a.m. on November 16—a 16-day event, the shortest in the event’s history.

As we enter the 11th year of our flagship year-end sales campaign, we are upgrading it from the traditional “Black Friday Sale” to an experiential “festival.” At the same time, by moving up the start date of our online pre-sale and extending its duration, we aim to spread out demand, reduce the concentration of orders and shipments, and level out delivery operations.

During the in-store sale starting November 20, in addition to promotions catering to budget-conscious shoppers—such as the “Half-Price Festival” and the “960-Yen Flat Rate” sale themed around the date—the store will also offer the “BLACK FRIDAY FES Band,” which grants access to limited-time perks, the “Ageage FES Time” flash sale, as well as “Lucky 8% Day,” which offers 8% off select prepared foods.

In addition to offering coats, jackets, down comforters, and travel suitcases—perfect for preparing for winter—at half price, the home appliance section features a Toshiba air conditioner equipped with a “Magic Cleaning Heat Exchanger” (54,780 yen) and a Sharp “AQUOS 55-inch 4K TV” (87,780 yen), and in the food section, there will be a massive sale on domestic Japanese Black Wagyu beef sirloin steaks (861.84 yen per 100g) and fresh Atlantic salmon for sashimi (408.24 yen per 100g).

In addition, the prepared foods section features great deals on items such as the “50% Extra Portion: Domestic Chicken Thigh Skewers / Scallion-Chicken Skewers” (129.60 yen each), which are 1.5 times the usual weight, and the “Black Mala Soup” (398 yen), made with black ingredients.

Items featuring the “Black Panda”—a limited-edition character that’s popular every year—will also be available, including a nap pillow with a blanket (2,178 yen) and puffy jewelry stickers (437.80 yen).

Examples of Special Offers and Limited-Edition Items

Meanwhile, during the online pre-sale starting October 31, in addition to approximately 600 eligible items, a “15% OFF Almost Everything” coupon valid on about 50,000 items will be distributed. The product lineup includes high-end items such as the “Mitsunori Pure Gold Fukurai ‘Goat’ 35g” (3,957,800 yen), featuring a Chinese zodiac motif, and a “Prada” canvas bag (308,000 yen).

In addition, home appliances such as the Hitachi “6-Door Refrigerator/Freezer, 540L” (175,780 yen) and the TCL “55-inch 4K Mini LED LCD TV” (76,780 yen), as well as the Showa Nishikawa “Goose Down Comforter” (49,280 yen), will be available at special prices.

In addition, we are holding a giveaway where 100 people who log in with their iAEON ID and enter the contest will be selected at random to win a limited-edition Sanrio “Hapidanbui” keychain set.
