Posted on October 21, 2026 by Editor in Chief

Trip.com will begin accepting new reservations for the “Kyushu Recovery Support Discount” travel assistance program in Kumamoto and Kagoshima Prefectures at 1:00 p.m. on October 22.

The promotion applies only to accommodation packages, with discounts of up to 60%—the same as on other websites. The maximum discount per person per reservation is 20,000 yen, and reservations for two or more nights are not eligible.

The eligible stay period is from today through December 25 (for stays with check-out on December 26) in Kumamoto Prefecture, and from today through January 31, 2027 (for stays with check-out on February 1, excluding December 26 through January 3) in Kagoshima Prefecture.

There is no need to obtain a coupon or enter a code in advance; the discount will be automatically applied to eligible rooms and plans at the time of booking. Please check the special page on Trip.com for details.
