Pia will release the mook “Tunk Tunk & Myaku Myaku: Let’s Go Out Together♪ Smartphone Shoulder Bag BOOK” on October 29. It is A4 size, 8 pages long, and priced at 3,300 yen. Pre-orders are being accepted on Amazon, Rakuten Books, BOOK Pia, and at bookstores nationwide.
The special bonus smartphone shoulder strap features an embroidered design that embodies the concept of “passing the baton from Myaku Myaku, the official character of the Osaka-Kansai Expo, to Tunk Tunk, the official mascot of GREEN×EXPO 2027.”
The dimensions of the storage compartment are 200 × 155 × 20 mm (height × opening width × depth), and the removable shoulder strap is 670–1,300 mm long. It’s large enough to hold not only a smartphone but also everyday items such as cards and lip balm, as well as stamp books and paperback novels.
The inner lining features an original pattern incorporating “Tunk Tunk” and “Myaku Myaku” motifs. The exterior features a simple design with only a “EXPO 2025” and “GREEN×EXPO 2027” double-name tag, so the brand recommends customizing it with commercially available charms or pin badges.
Inside the booklet, in addition to examples of how to use the smartphone shoulder strap, you’ll find introductions to Tunk Tunk and Myaku Myaku, as well as the latest information on “GREEN×EXPO 2027,” which opens on March 19, 2027.
