The January issue of MonoMaster comes with a “Moomin and Snufkin: Iconic Scenes” glow-in-the-dark blanket. Use it as a lap blanket or poncho to stay warm.

Takarajimasha will release the January 2027 issue of “MonoMaster” on November 25. The price is 1,990 yen. It will be available at bookstores and online retailers.

The special bonus item is a glow-in-the-dark blanket featuring Moomin and Snufkin. It features a design made of phosphorescent material depicting a famous scene from the novel *Summer in Moominvalley*; in the dark, the image of the two characters—who had become separated while in a boat on the quiet, night-time water—making a miraculous reunion softly glows.

It measures approximately 60 × 110 cm and features snap buttons so you can wear it like a poncho. The fluffy, soft fabric feels great against your skin, making it perfect for drives and trips during the colder months, as well as for desk work.

In addition, the January 2027 special issue of “MonoMaster,” which goes on sale at the same time, includes a Snufkin BIG Tote Bag as a bonus item—it’s spacious and can hold plenty. The price is 1,990 yen.
