Traffic restrictions will be in place on the Harumi Line, Odaiba Line, and public roads for this weekend’s “Tokyo Bay Grand Fireworks Festival.” Sidewalks in the surrounding area will also be closed to pedestrians. The Tokyo Bay Grand Fireworks Festival Organizing Committee, together with Chuo Ward and Minato Ward, will implement traffic restrictions on expressways and local roads around the Harumi Pier venue in conjunction with the “Tokyo Bay Grand Fireworks Festival” to be held on October 24. In addition, sidewalks in the surrounding area will be closed to pedestrians.

The fireworks display will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., featuring approximately 12,000 fireworks. In case of inclement weather, the event will be canceled with no rescheduling. Since the event operates on a strictly ticket-only basis, spectators are not permitted to stop and watch from sidewalks or other public areas. A limited number of general admission tickets are still available through Ticket Pia.

On the Shuto Expressway Harumi Line, the Harumi and Toyosu interchanges will be closed before and after the fireworks display, and the section beyond the Shinonome Interchange will be closed to traffic. Similarly, on the Odaiba Line, the Odaiba Interchange will be closed, and traffic restrictions will apply to the section between the Shibaura Interchange and the Ariake Interchange. Please refer to the list below and the traffic restriction map for specific times.
