Nomura Real Estate and Nomura Real Estate Hotels will open “Noga Shinjuku Gyoen” (1-6-13 Shinjuku, Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo), the fourth property in their “Noga Hotel” lifestyle hotel brand, on July 15, 2027. Ahead of the opening, the company began accepting reservations on its official website on October 15.

Located a 2-minute walk from Shinjuku-Gyoenmae Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, the hotel features a 14-story building with 72 guest rooms across 9 different types. It is the first hotel in Japan to feature balconies in every guest room offering views of Shinjuku Gyoen, and all rooms are at least 30 square meters in size.

Of these, the “GYOEN SUITE”—two rooms located exclusively on the top floor, each measuring approximately 70 square meters—features a large window spanning approximately 13 meters in width, a balcony, and an open-concept bathroom overlooking the exterior view.

The building’s facilities include a bakery on the first floor that serves freshly baked bread, as well as a café and bar lounge featuring a bar counter designed with a paper lantern motif. The first and second floors are directly connected by a spiral staircase, and the restaurant on the second floor serves wood-fired dishes prepared on a wood-fired grill located in the center of the space.

In addition, the 13th floor features a rooftop bar with a terrace approximately 25 meters long. Guests can enjoy dishes and drinks prepared over a charcoal fire while taking in the lush natural scenery of Shinjuku Gyoen and the panoramic view of the city center stretching out beyond.

In addition, the organization offers experiential programs such as picnics, running, yoga, and meditation within Shinjuku Gyoen.
