A new feature, “Ride Navigator,” has been added to the WILLER TRAVEL app. It includes useful features such as bus stop search, service area arrival time checks, and instructions on how to adjust your seat while on the bus.

WILLER MARKETING has added a new feature called “Ride Navigator” to the official “WILLER TRAVEL” app.

This update to the WILLER TRAVEL app—which has primarily been used for making reservations—adds features designed to address concerns and inconveniences experienced while riding the bus.

The app automatically displays up to four nearby bus stops based on your current location and provides navigation within the app. Additionally, when you select a bus route, you can check the scheduled arrival times at each stop and the estimated times for stops at service areas.

In addition, the user guide for our proprietary seats—which was previously placed in the seat pockets—has been consolidated into the app. This means passengers can check the guide on their smartphones even when they’re unsure how to operate their seats, such as after the lights are turned off on an overnight bus.

In addition, if you have any questions or encounter any issues related to your ride, you can contact us directly through the “Help DM” feature within the app, which streamlines the process compared to the previous methods of email confirmation or contacting us via My Page.
