On October 13, Mitsui Fudosan announced that “Oakwood Premier YAESU CORE Tokyo” will open in 2029.

The company will occupy the 40th through 43rd floors—the top floors—of “YAESU CORE,” a mixed-use building project in front of Tokyo Station (the Yaesu 2-chome Central District Type 1 Urban Redevelopment Project) in which the company is participating, and a hotel and serviced residence developed by Mitsui Fudosan Residential and Ascott Japan.

Oakwood Premier is Ascot’s upper-upscale brand, offering a total of 184 rooms ranging from approximately 30 to 170 square meters in a variety of room types, suitable for stays ranging from one night to long-term stays. In addition to workspaces, the rooms feature storage, a kitchen, and a washing machine, and are designed with a particular emphasis on functionality and comfort for long-term stays.
