JR Kyushu will sell the “Travel and Support! ‘Let’s Meet in Kyushu’ Unlimited Ride Pass” from September 26 to December 21. The fare is 23,000 yen for adults and 3,000 yen for children (children’s passes are available only when purchased at the same time as an adult pass).
This is a great value ticket that offers unlimited rides on all JR Kyushu lines—including the Kyushu Shinkansen, the West Kyushu Shinkansen, and limited express trains—for three consecutive days. The ticket is valid from October 1 through December 24. JR Kyushu encourages travelers who have already booked accommodations through the “Kyushu Recovery Support Discount” travel assistance program to take advantage of this offer.
For each adult ticket purchased, 1,000 yen will be donated to Kumamoto Prefecture to support earthquake disaster recovery efforts. Tickets are available exclusively through JR Kyushu’s online train reservation system and can be purchased up until the day before the date of travel.
