The Disney Store will release merchandise commemorating the 35th anniversary of the movie “Beauty and the Beast” on October 30. Pre-sales will begin on the 27th at the Disney Flagship Store Tokyo, the Tokyo Disney Resort Store, and the official online store.
The new design features original artwork with an elegant watercolor style that captures the world of the story. It is inspired by the cover of the book that served as one of the catalysts for Belle and the Beast to grow closer.
The collection features a full lineup of characters essential to the story, including Belle, the Beast, Lumière, and Cogsworth. It also includes items inspired by rare characters like Hat Rack and Chef Bouche—just holding them makes you feel like you’ve become part of the story.
The lineup includes items that evoke the story, such as the “Figure” (25,000 yen) and “Hand Mirror” (5,500 yen), as well as interior items like the “Cushion” (5,500 yen). From household goods to hobby items, every piece is crafted with meticulous attention to detail.
