The “Yukoyuko” reservation site operated by Japanet will launch its Kyushu Recovery Support Discount for Kumamoto Prefecture tomorrow. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

“Yukoyuko,” the Japanet Group’s lodging reservation site, has announced additional details regarding the “Kyushu Recovery Support Discount” travel assistance program on a special webpage. Starting October 9, the site will begin accepting new reservations for Kumamoto Prefecture.

For Fukuoka and Nagasaki, where sales began earlier, discount coupons were distributed via a “lottery system”; however, in Kumamoto, due to limited availability at partner accommodations, a “first-come, first-served” system is being applied. A total of 1,000 coupons will be distributed, and the reservation period runs until 11:59 p.m. on December 25.

The coupon is valid for reservations at hotels and hot spring inns. It can be applied to only one night’s stay (consecutive nights are not permitted), and the maximum discount is 20,000 yen per person.

As for the other four prefectures—Saga, Oita, Miyazaki, and Kagoshima—it has not yet been decided whether the Kyushu Recovery Support Discount will be implemented there. According to officials, details will be posted on a special webpage as soon as they are finalized.
