Tateyama Kurobe Kanmitsu is selling the “55th Anniversary of Full-Line Opening Special Offer: Yukitabi Early Bird Web Ticket,” which is valid on the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route.
In the area around Murodo Plain—the highest point on the Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route—snow typically begins to fall in mid-October, and by around November, visitors can enjoy the pristine white fresh snow.
The validity period is from November 11 to 30, and the route is a round trip between Ogizawa and Murodo. This offer applies to departures from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Fares are 11,300 yen for adults (a 1,000-yen discount from the regular price) and 5,650 yen for children (a 500-yen discount).
While existing “Autumn Travel Early Bird Web Tickets” and similar options had to be purchased at least 10 days before the date of travel, the new “Yukitabi Early Bird Web Ticket” can be purchased up to 5 days before the date of travel.
In addition, the “[Nov. 11–Nov. 30] Standard Web Ticket,” which can be used on sections other than the Oginzawa–Murodo route, will go on sale on October 13.
