The Japan International Exposition Association is holding the Tokyo leg of “EXPO 2025 Futures,” a nationwide roadshow event commemorating the first anniversary of the Osaka-Kansai World Expo, at Azabudai Hills Arena starting October 10.
On the Myaku Myaku Stage, which began at 11:50 a.m., Myaku Myaku surprised the audience with the world premiere of his first-ever theme song, “Myaku Dance—Let’s All Dance Together, Yeahhh!” Myaku Myaku himself took the stage alongside dancers to perform the song live.
This song embodies the sentiment, “Carrying forward the connections between people and the excitement for the future born through the World Expo,” and combines lyrics and melodies—including the catchy phrase “Myakurism,” which you’ll find yourself humming—with a dance routine that you’ll instinctively want to imitate.
One hundred Myaku Myaku and Expo fans who had secured numbered tickets gathered at the venue. The atmosphere was just as lively as the “Myaku Myaku Appreciation Festival” events once held at concert halls in Osaka and Tokyo.
