Takarajimasha will release the January 2027 special issue of “Linnen” on November 19. The price is 1,890 yen. It will be available at bookstores and online retailers.
The special supplement included with this issue is a handheld sewing machine and drawstring pouch set from the Scandinavian brand “Lisa Larson.” It’s perfect for small tasks like hemming pants, attaching name tags, and making small accessories. Since you simply move it back and forth—much like using a stapler—it’s easy to operate and fun to use. It also comes with a threader, scissors, a spool holder, and two colors of thread (white and charcoal gray), so you can start creating right away.
It measures approximately 4 × 10.5 × 7 cm (width × depth × height), and the black body features a print of Lisa Larson’s “Three Hedgehog Brothers.” It’s compact enough to fit entirely into the included drawstring pouch, making it easy to carry around.
