JAL will begin accepting reservations for the “Kyushu Recovery Support Discount” travel assistance program in Fukuoka Prefecture on its dedicated webpage starting at 2:00 p.m. on October 1.
This offer applies to trips with departure dates from October 1 through December 16, with a discount of 20,000 yen per person per night, or 30,000 yen for stays of 2 to 3 nights.
Eligible products are JAL Dynamic Packages (domestic airfare + lodging). Reservations that include lodging in two or more prefectures, airfare-only reservations, and optional plans such as car rentals, sightseeing, and meals are not eligible.
As for the status of these programs in other prefectures, Miyazaki Prefecture has stopped accepting applications because it has reached its budget limit. Kumamoto, Kagoshima, Saga, and Nagasaki prefectures are currently preparing to implement the program, while Oita Prefecture does not offer it.
