Rakuten Travel is holding the “Rakuten Travel Super SALE” through October 1, offering great deals on fall and winter travel reservations. The sale features special packages at hotels and hot spring inns nationwide, and when combined with currently available coupons, customers can save up to 35%.

“Kinugawa Onsen Nikko Kinugawa Hotel Mikazuki” (1400 Ohara, Kinugawa Onsen, Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture) is currently offering a one-night, two-meal buffet plan. For two guests sharing a room, the sale price starts at 22,436 yen per person.

Located a 3-minute walk from Tobu Railway’s Kinugawa Onsen Station—about a 2-hour train ride from downtown Tokyo—this hotel offers an all-inclusive package that allows guests to enjoy the large public baths, spa, and dining facilities, as well as the sauna and Kids’ Land, at no additional charge.

The facility features a well-equipped spa where you can enjoy yourself all day long, including an indoor garden spa accessible year-round in swimwear, the “Opuro” baths—where you bathe in swimwear—and gender-segregated hot springs where you can experience a tour of over 20 different baths. The hot spring facilities consist of three types: “Kinuno-yu,” which features 10 different baths including open-air baths and jet baths; “Keikoku-no-yu,” which features marble baths, a three-tiered open-air bath, and a golden bath; and “Yumemi-no-yu,” which is reserved exclusively for private group bookings.

At the “ALL DAY DINING” restaurant, the menus for breakfast, welcome lunch, dinner, and nighttime service all feature all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink options throughout the day. The dinner menu, in particular, features 80 Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, including seasonal fish carpaccio, roast pork leg on the bone, and Tochigi’s soul food—garlic chive soba. During nighttime hours, the restaurant offers snacks to enjoy with drinks and “Mikazuki” soy sauce ramen for a late-night meal.

In addition, new facilities have opened within the building, including “MIKAZUKI Kids Land,” a new area where young children can enjoy playground equipment, and “Mikazuki Manga Library Yuttari,” which houses a collection of approximately 6,000 manga volumes and 100 picture books. With the exception of certain activities, such as karaoke, these facilities can be used at no additional charge.
