Kintetsu will begin selling the “Meihan ‘Special Deal’ Express Digital Ticket (Weekdays Only),” which offers discounted fares during off-peak hours on weekdays, on September 15. The ticket is valid only on weekdays from October 5 through December 18 and can be purchased from one month before the date of travel up until the day before.
This package includes a one-way ticket from Kintetsu Nagoya to Tsuruhashi, Osaka-Kamihommachi, Kintetsu Nipponbashi, or Osaka-Namba, along with a voucher redeemable for a limited-express ticket on eligible trains. The price is 4,180 yen (a 610-yen discount) instead of the usual 4,790 yen.
Eligible trains are direct limited-express services between Osaka-Namba and Kintetsu Nagoya that depart from their originating station between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on weekdays. Tickets are available through “Kintetsu Ticket E-Mall.”
