On September 1, Eisai added a cola flavor to its “Travelmin Churopp” (Class 2 pharmaceutical) series of motion sickness medications that can be taken without water. The price is 528 yen for a pack of 6 tablets (individually wrapped).
This medication is effective in preventing and relieving dizziness, nausea, and headaches caused by motion sickness. Adults should take 2 tablets at a time, and children (ages 5–10) should take 1 tablet at a time; both groups may take up to two doses, spaced at least 4 hours apart. It is effective even after symptoms have begun.
The Travelmin Churopp Series now includes three varieties in total, with cola flavor joining the existing grape and lemon flavors.
