Mitsui Fudosan and Mitsui Fudosan Hotel Management will open the “Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Dojima-hama Premier” (2-1-9 Dojima-hama, Kita-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture) on February 26, 2027.
It is about a 10-minute walk from JR Osaka Station and about a 6-minute walk from JR Kitashinchi Station or Nishi-Umeda Station on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line. The surrounding area is home to a cluster of cultural facilities, including the Osaka Nakanoshima Museum of Art, and offers easy access to tourist attractions such as Osaka Castle and Universal Studios Japan (USJ). Located on the 25th through 31st floors of a building on the riverfront of the Dojima River, the guest rooms, lobby, and restaurants offer panoramic views and nightscapes that capture the essence of Osaka, the “City of Water.”
On the 25th-floor terrace, guests can enjoy river views while feeling the breeze blowing across the Dojima River. In addition, the guest lounge—which features an open, airy space with a double-height ceiling and large windows—includes private rooms and offers complimentary beverages such as coffee and tea.
Also on the 25th floor, “BABEL,” a new concept grill restaurant by Zetton—the company behind Tokyo’s Roppongi restaurant “BALCON TOKYO” and others—will open. Featuring terrace seating with panoramic views of the city center and a wine bar with an on-site wine shop, the restaurant will serve grilled dishes—centered on steaks such as T-bone and tomahawk—for both lunch and dinner.
The restaurant also serves breakfast to hotel guests. For the main course, guests can choose from egg dishes, Japanese cuisine, grilled sandwiches, and vegan options, which they can enjoy alongside a half-buffet featuring salads and fruit.
The 220 guest rooms, each averaging about 30 square meters, are spacious and designed to offer scenic views from a height of approximately 100 meters above ground. A variety of room types are available, including rooms with open-air balconies, rooms with bathtubs offering scenic views, and junior suites ideal for special occasions such as anniversaries.
Some guest rooms can accommodate up to three guests by using a daybed and can also be used as connecting rooms, making them ideal for families and groups.
In addition, the hotel’s fitness room features NOHRD training equipment that combines natural wood design with functionality. In addition, following the opening of the “Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Dojima-hama Premier,” the existing “Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Premier” (3-4-15 Nakanoshima, Kita-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture), located nearby, will be renamed the “Mitsui Garden Hotel Osaka Nakanoshima Premier” effective February 26, 2027.
