ANA will begin operating the “Pokémon Jet Green”—a specially liveried aircraft marking the second phase of its Pokémon 30th-anniversary campaign—on international scheduled flights starting September 18. The airline will also launch the second phase of its collaboration with the smartphone game “Pokémon GO” on the same day.
The inaugural flight of the “Pokémon Jet Green” is a round-trip between Haneda and Honolulu: Flight NH186 departs Haneda at 9:55 p.m. and arrives in Honolulu at 10:35 a.m., while Flight NH185 departs Honolulu at 1:55 p.m. and arrives at Haneda at 5:25 p.m. the following day.
The special-livery aircraft are scheduled to operate from September 18 through March 27, 2027, on routes to and from Haneda, including Honolulu, Seattle, Vancouver, Sydney, Manila, Singapore, Delhi, Bangkok, Jakarta, and Kuala Lumpur. Flights departing from and arriving at Narita include Perth, Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta, and Mumbai.
The second installment of the Pokémon GO collaboration will feature the addition of new ANA-themed “PokéStops” at participating airports, as well as the installation of Gyms where players can enjoy “Raid Battles.” Players will also be able to encounter Pokémon featuring special “location backgrounds” exclusive to this collaboration with the Pokémon Jet Green.
The participating airports are Kochi Airport, Matsuyama Airport, Takamatsu Airport, Tokushima Airport, Fukuoka Airport, Saga Airport, Miyazaki Airport, Kumamoto Airport, Kagoshima Airport, Nagasaki Airport, Oita Airport, Ishigaki Airport, Miyako Airport, and Naha Airport.
