Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture, is opening the “Kitano Park Public Pool” (4-3 Kotesashi-cho, Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture) for the summer season only, from July 18 to August 31.
This fiscal year, we revised our pricing structure to make admission free for elementary school students and younger, and we also introduced a policy allowing up to two accompanying adults to enter for free for each child in elementary school or younger. The facility features a swimming pool, a children’s pool, and a toddler pool, as well as three types of slides—red, blue, and green—and a concession stand.
The venue is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and last admission is at 4:00 p.m. The revised admission fees are 160 yen for middle school students (a 4-visit pass for middle school students costs 500 yen), 320 yen for high school students, and 480 yen for adults. Up to two preschoolers per guardian are admitted free of charge.
There is no parking at this facility, so we recommend using public transportation. It is about an 8-minute walk from the South Exit of Kotesashi Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line, or a 3-minute walk from the “Shimin Pool Entrance” bus stop.
