JAL Opens “Auberge Furano,” a Restaurant Where Guests Can Stay Overnight. The property features a 26-seat French restaurant and a 10-room hotel, with rates starting at 30,000 yen per night, including two meals.

JAL and Nissho will open “JAL Auberge Furano” (1-83 Miyamachi, Nakafurano-cho, Sorachi District, Hokkaido), a French restaurant that also offers lodging, on December 4. Ahead of the opening, the company began accepting reservations on July 22.

The facility consists of a 26-seat French restaurant called “JAL Auberge FURANO BOLÉT” and a guest room area with 10 rooms. The restaurant is open from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and dinner costs 17,600 yen per person.

The restaurant is overseen by Chef Makoto Ishii, who runs the authentic French restaurant “Le Musée” in Sapporo, while Chef Shōtarō Tani, a native of Furano, is in charge of the kitchen at JAL Auberge FURANO BOLÉT. The 26 seats are divided into 10 counter seats, 10 table seats, and one private room (for up to 6 guests).

The guest rooms include two “Deluxe” rooms (2 rooms) with two double beds each, a floor area of 93.20 m², and a capacity of 2–5 guests; two “Premium Twin” rooms (6 rooms) with two double beds each and approximately 50 m², accommodating 1–4 guests; “Comfort Triple” rooms (2 rooms) with three semi-double beds and a floor area of 55.70 m², accommodating 2–3 guests. The room rate, including two meals per night, starts at 30,000 yen per person during the low season and 70,000 yen per person during the high season.

In addition, JAL Auberge Furano can be selected as an accommodation option through the Dynamic Package program and can also be used as a reward through the “Mile de Experience” mileage redemption program or as a return gift for the Hometown Tax Donation program. It is also a JAL Card partner, so you can earn miles even when dining at the restaurant only.
