On July 14, Workman began accepting pre-orders exclusively through its online store for its “Mediheal Warm Series” recovery wear for fall and winter. The collection includes the following four items: long-sleeve tops and long pants for both men and women.

Our original brand, “MEDiHEAL,” offers “home-use far-infrared blood circulation-promoting clothing,” a general medical device that claims to “relieve fatigue just by wearing it.” Ceramic particles blended into the fabric absorb and re-emit the body’s heat (far-infrared rays), promoting blood circulation and alleviating fatigue and muscle stiffness.
The new Fall/Winter 2026 collection features a soft, smooth texture and excellent warmth thanks to shea butter treatment, and also includes a function to reduce static electricity. The men’s collection is available in sizes M through 3L and comes in three colors (black, navy, and green). The women’s collection, which features a comfortable, loose fit that doesn’t feel constricting, is available in sizes M through LL and comes in four colors (blue-gray, black, brown, and off-white).
