“Oedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Yamashita-ya” (18-124 Yamashiro Onsen, Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture), located in Kaga and Yamashiro Onsen, is currently offering a “Crab-Themed All-You-Can-Eat Buffet” package that includes one night’s stay and two meals. For a standard Japanese-style or Western-style room occupied by two people, prices start at 14,200 yen per person.
For dinner, guests staying at the hotel can enjoy the “Oedo All-Crab Buffet,” a special event exclusive to this property that showcases the best of the Hokuriku region. In addition to an all-you-can-eat selection of various crab dishes—including steamed red snow crab, packed with rich flavor—as well as grilled and fried options, guests can also savor beef steak, nigiri sushi made with wild-caught bluefin tuna, and traditional dishes from the Kaga region.
The hot spring is famous for its “Sky Open-Air Bath,” which offers a panoramic view of the Kaga Plain and the sunset. Located on the top floor of the inn, it also offers a view of the Hokuriku Shinkansen bridge in the distance beyond the hot spring town. It’s also recommended to go on a “hot spring tour” of the public bathhouses near the inn, such as the “Furusōyu” and “Sōyu” in Yamashiro Onsen, which boasts a history of 1,300 years since its discovery.
