Summary of the Case: The employee subject to disciplinary action committed acts of violence against another employee on multiple occasions at venues such as gatherings involving food and drink with workplace colleagues, causing injury. As these actions constitute violations of Article 4 (Prohibited Acts) and Article 77, Paragraph 1, Item 1 (violations of laws, regulations, or other JICA rules) of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Staff Employment Regulations (Heisei 15 Regulation (Personnel) No. 5), disciplinary action was taken.
